On the ninth day of lockdown, my hair said to me, "come on Alyx, let's go do something time consuming". I don't feel like myself but I had fun doing this. I don't miss flatironing hair no more.

Maybe she's born with it, maybe it's quarantine. No make up, no problems bby. Around a year ago, I started managing @alltheprettybirdsofficial social and today we hit 40k on IG. Celebrating with a sparkling water and 8 hours of sleep.

Last bunch of flowers I bought bc I figured I’d buy a boujie fancy bunch when we’re back to another kind of normal. Like a birthday bunch but for surviving a pandemic.

I'm off booze for this time period but the first thing I'm doing post lockdown is having a Bon Appetit cocktail showdown whilst sitting on a balcony with my friends. Schedule a regular cry to get the feelings out. Think about what you have now. Our country has done a stellar job so far and I try and focus on that. I’ve always been a worrier at heart, even when I was a smallie. But look at my Coolio plaits bc I decided to cut my hair myself one morning (and my mom had to fix it) and my pastel fit.

Gonna miss going for rides with my friends and having a day out in the sun/nature but for the greater good, our health care professionals and our essential service providers we need to stay tf at home. Bly by die huis. Please.
